Donations made to the Mehta & Kuhn Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.

Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be refunded or reversed, except where required by law or in cases of a clear administrative or technical error (such as duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts processed).

If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly, and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
Shop Purchases – No Returns or Refunds

All items purchased through the Mehta & Kuhn Foundation online shop are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for shop purchases, except in the case of an item arriving damaged or a fulfillment error on our part.

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting details, and we will assess the issue and provide a replacement where appropriate.
Shipping and Handling

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The Foundation is not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.
