About
Mehta & Kuhn

Deploying technology-driven solutions to protect wildlife across Tsavo National Park, Kenya.

MISSION & HISTORY.

The Mehta & Kuhn Foundation is a pending U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) public charity, founded by individuals with deep ties to Kenya and governed by an independent international board.

The Foundation was established by the Mehta and Kuhn families, drawing on a long-standing connection to Kenya’s Tsavo region and decades of conservation engagement beginning in the early 2000s.

For the founders, Tsavo has never been simply a place visited, but a landscape that shaped a lasting respect for wildlife, nature, and the responsibility that comes with stewardship. These early experiences, combined with years of continued involvement in conservation efforts, ultimately led to the creation of the Foundation.

Today, the Foundation exists to translate that personal commitment into technology-enabled, long-term conservation support - deploying modern tools, connectivity, and data-driven solutions to strengthen wildlife protection, support on-the-ground partners, and enhance the durability of conservation efforts across Tsavo’s ecosystems - so that future generations may experience the same sense of awe, wonder, and connection to the natural world.
